Proverbs 3
Today in reading this I find that the most valuable thing in life is not material things, but what we put into ourselves. No it’s not all the food that we will be eating this Christmas season. The most valuable thing is wisdom. Not our own worldly knowledge for we would boast of our own accomplishments.
7 Do not be wise in your own eyes;
fear the Lord and shun evil. Proverbs 3:7

So where does this wisdom come from then? From the Word of God and trusting in Him with all our heart.
and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6
In all this we will gain wisdom, understanding, and peace in our lives even when it seems as though everything else is falling down around us the Lord is with us.
